♥Never Say Bye...It's Always See You Again♥

As the wedding is sadly over, I've started a new blog !

Come check it out and say hello - I hope that you will join me on the next chapter of my life. For now it's goodbye. It's been a real pleasure.

Happy Honeymoon

After the wedding, we stayed two extra days in Railay Beach while everyone else went their separate ways. It was a weird feeling after constantly being around other people, to being alone again!!! It was initially a little sad (you know that feeling after getting home from an amazing fun filled school camp and then feeling alone?!) but then excitement kicked in that we we about to explore another country...!

So off to Vietnam we went. We had the most incredible 2 weeks filled with lots of yummy food, cheap drinks, sunshine, luxury resorts (with our own butler and private lagoon), city bustling, cruising, shopping and adventuring! I definitely would LOVE to return to this country one day. It surprised and delighted both of us.

Our Wedding Day

Mr B spent the night before our wedding at his brothers' hotel so in the morning I was so relaxed and calm about everything that I managed to get a great nights sleep and woke up feeling fresh and excited!

I got up to have a quick bite of breakfast before meeting our wedding planner and Mr B at the cave of penises (don't laugh) to make a rain prayer that it didn't rain on our wedding day. So we walked down the beach to the cave and made an offering. I obviously hoped for no rain, but secretly Mr B told me (after our wedding day) that he had prayed for a bit of rain as it was so hot that day!!

Anyway the rest of the day was a blur of emotion and laughter. Mr B looked ridiculously handsome when I finally did see him hours later at the end of the aisle. I thought I would cry but the strangest emotion came over me and I could not stop smiling!! Even now thinking back, I just felt overwhelmingly happy!

After the ceremony, we all made our way down to the grotto cave, for the Thai water pouring ceremony. My favourite part of the day as each guest stood up and came over to give us their blessings. While we we all undercover in the cave, it started to rain!! However, rather than spoil our day, it was actually a relief as the heat had risen so high and everybody was feeling it! The lighting was beautiful and it was a magical moment.

Fantastic day I will always remember x

Railay Beach touchdown

Mr B and I arrived in Krabi, excitedly checking in to the resort where days later we would be married at!! The resort was beautiful and just as I remembed it. Very excited at this point!!

After negotiating some after party space at the local bar down the road, Mr B and I had a quick catch up with the wedding planner for a once over before kicking back, relaxing and having some fun with friends and family who began to arrive in paradise....
